Francis-Gabriel’s youngest son (born 1756 and died unknown) was described as “A Gent” living in Kennington Lane in Lambeth, and he married Elizabeth Durand, the daughter of another watchmaking Huguenot family and they had 7 children. John’s brother Paul Philip also lived in the Kennington Lane area of Lambeth and they were neighbours. There are records of a John Barraud 1780-1788 (but without an address) as a watchmaker and watchseller (for the China Market), and it seems extremely likely that this is the same John.
